Q: Can all of the items in your diaper cakes be used?

A: Yes. All items listed under ingredients can be removed and used.

Q: Do you accept custom orders?

A: On occasion we receive custom order requests that we are able to process with no additional cost to the customer.  Please email us at service@nicebykelli.com with the product you would like to customize and the requested quantity.

Q: Do you ship outside the United States?

A: We apologize for the inconvenience but at this time we only ship to locations within the United States.

Q: What size clothing is in your diaper cakes?

A: Our sizes range from newborn to 24 months and are randomly selected for each cake based on design needs.

Q: Do you offer any of your products wholesale? 

A: Yes. We offer all of our diaper cakes at a reduced rate for retailers only. A merchant identification number or tax use certificate will be required prior to placing your order. Our wholesale price list will be available once your application has been received and your retailer status has been verified. All wholesale orders must be paid in full before product is shipped.

Wholesale Discount Example:

• 2-5 diaper cakes (small % discount)
• 6-10 diaper cakes (medium % discount)
• 11 or more (large % discount)
